Enhanced capabilities.
Titan ICT is now BAI Communications. One organisation.
End-to-end capability across Australia's most critical industries.
From May 2026, Titan ICT becomes BAI Communications.
This brings together two organisations with decades of experience across Australia's most critical communications challenges, forming a single team with greater reach, deeper capability and one point of accountability from strategy through to operations.
BAI delivers innovative connectivity solutions to broadcasters, governments, mobile network operators, enterprises, transport operators and venues. We operate one of the world's most extensive broadcast networks, delivering fully managed television and radio services to 99% of the Australian population. During crises such as natural disasters, national broadcasters depend on BAI to maintain vital communications, while emergency services trust us to keep them connected and informed.
In 2025, BAI acquired Titan ICT, an advanced engineering company specialising in private networks for mining, resources and energy industries. This integration strengthens our position as Australia's leading mission-critical network provider, combining infrastructure scale with deep engineering expertise.
As 5G transforms connectivity, BAI leverages its global experience to enable comprehensive coverage in buildings, tunnels, venues, remote mining and resource operations and other challenging environments.
You're working with the same people, the same technical expertise and the same commitment to delivery. Now backed by greater resources, broader capability and a national infrastructure platform that strengthens what we can deliver for your operations.
End-to-end capability. One point of accountability.
BAI Communications delivers end-to-end communications infrastructure and ICT solutions across the full asset lifecycle. From strategic ICT advisory and independent assessment through to engineering design, complex systems integration and 24/7 managed services, we provide one point of accountability from strategy to support. Backed by stable, long-term shareholders, we have the financial strength and willingness to own assets and invest capital in the programs that matter most to our customers.
Our solutions span broadcast infrastructure, public wireless, private wireless networks, critical communications, network solutions and smart precinct development across mining, energy, transport, utilities, government and enterprise sectors.
Whether that's keeping national broadcasters on air during a natural disaster, connecting emergency services across a state-wide public safety network, designing a private 5G network for a remote mining operation, or delivering seamless in-building coverage across a major transport corridor, we bring the technical depth, national infrastructure and operational capability to deliver in Australia's most demanding environments.

Sydney Metro West
In early 2026, BAI Communications was awarded the contract to deliver critical communications infrastructure for Sydney Metro West, part of Australia's largest public transport project. The solution brings together private 5G for operational train communications and signalling, public safety network connectivity for NSW emergency services, and seamless 4G/5G mobile coverage across all stations and tunnels. It is exactly the kind of complex, multi-technology, mission-critical program our combined capability is built for.
Solution includes
- Private 5G for operational train communications and signalling
- Public safety network connectivity for NSW emergency services
- Seamless 4G/5G mobile coverage across all stations and tunnels
