Apprenticeship program

Celebrating National Apprenticeship Week

To mark National Apprenticeship Week 2026, we chatted with our newest Broadcast Technician, Jay, who recently successfully completed his apprenticeship with BAI Communications.

Jay shares how he came to the business, his experience being an Apprentice, what he loves about the job, and the opportunities the program has unlocked for this next chapter of his career.

Kick start your career

Become a highly skilled broadcast technician at BAI Communications across a four-year apprenticeship program that combines on-the-job practical experience and study.

As an apprentice, you will assist experienced and skilled broadcast technicians on-site and participate in the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment while they provide you with on-the-job training, coaching and mentoring.

At the end of the apprenticeship, you will receive a nationally recognised qualification in Certificate III in Electronics and Communications and have access to opportunities within our company for permanent employment to progress your career further.

Register your interest to be kept up to date for future intakes.
